Abdul's Venture asserts authorship and sole ownership of the original work described below, under the Copyright Ordinance, 1962 of Pakistan and the Berne Convention, to which Pakistan is a party. Copyright subsists automatically from the moment of creation; this notice records the fact and the date publicly.
The work
Abdul's Venture — DHA Lahore plot map, direct buyer–seller marketplace, and content automation system. It comprises, without limitation:
- a parcel-level digital map of DHA Lahore — plot geometry, plot and block numbering, sector boundaries and size classification — assembled, corrected and verified by original work;
- the compiled rate tables for plots, files and houses, and the method by which they are maintained and cross-checked;
- the marketplace system: verification gates, listing and demand structures, the block-level demand model, the offer and counter-offer machine, the token mechanism, the confirmation heartbeat, and the agreement record;
- the software that serves all of it, and the written specifications, designs, text, photographs and video published under the Abdul's Venture name.
Cryptographic record of the sealed source
The complete source of the work was sealed on the date below. Each file was hashed with SHA-256; the digest below is taken over the sorted list of those hashes. Any later alteration of any file changes this digest. The full manifest is retained privately by Abdul's Venture and can be produced to demonstrate that a given copy of the work is the copy sealed on this date.
