Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone who uses abdulsventure.com, our plot map, and any service we provide. Abdul's Venture is a property advisory operating in DHA Lahore since 2015, registered as an estate agency under the Punjab Estate Agents and Motor Vehicle Dealers Ordinance, 1980. By using this website you accept these terms.

1. What we publish, and what it means

We publish block-level rates, plot and house information, maps and market commentary as a free public reference. These figures are our honest reading of the market on the date shown. They are indicative, not a valuation, not an offer, and not financial advice. Prices in DHA Lahore move; a figure published today may not hold tomorrow. Before you commit money to any property, satisfy yourself independently and take professional advice.

We do not act as your agent, and no advisory relationship exists between us, until we have agreed that engagement with you directly.

2. The plot map and the data behind it

Our plot map is not a copy of anyone's public map. The parcel geometry, the plot and block numbering, the sector boundaries, the size classifications, the rate tables and the way all of it is organised, matched and presented were assembled, corrected and verified by Abdul's Venture over a long period of original work. That dataset, and the software that serves it, are our property.

3. Ownership of this website and everything on it

All content on this website — the map and its underlying dataset, the source code, the design, the photographs and video, the written text, the rate tables and reports, the marketplace system and its workflows, and the name and marks of Abdul's Venture — is owned by Abdul's Venture and protected by the Copyright Ordinance, 1962, the Trade Marks Ordinance, 2001, and the other intellectual property laws of Pakistan and by international treaty. Our dated Notice of Authorship records the work and a cryptographic digest of its sealed source.

You may read this site, share links to it, and quote short passages with clear credit to Abdul's Venture and a link to the page you took them from. Everything else needs our written permission.

4. What you must not do

Copy, scrape, harvest, crawl for extraction, or bulk-download any part of the map, its geometry, the rate data, or the listings — by hand, by script, by browser extension, or by any automated means.
Build, publish, sell or license any map, dataset, product or service derived from ours.
Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive our source code, dataset structure or internal workflows.
Use our content to train, fine-tune or benchmark any commercial machine-learning model without our written permission.
Reproduce our text, images, video or reports on another website, portal, channel or application, in whole or in substantial part.
Present yourself as Abdul's Venture, or use our name, logo or marks in a way that suggests association or endorsement.
Interfere with the site's operation, probe its security, or attempt access to any part of it that is not public.

These restrictions are conditions of access. If you breach them, your permission to use this site ends immediately and we may pursue every remedy available to us in law.

5. The marketplace — listings, demands and offers

Where our marketplace is available, buyers and sellers deal with each other directly and see the same published block rates. Specific marketplace terms — verification, the review of every submission, offers and counter-offers, the token, commission, and the exchange of contacts — are shown to you on screen at the point of each action and must be accepted before that action completes. Those terms apply alongside these ones.

You are responsible for the truth of everything you submit: the plot you claim, the documents you upload, the price you ask, the offer you make. Submitting a plot you do not own, or a document that is not genuine, is a serious matter and we will act on it.

Nothing you submit goes public until an Abdul's Venture agent has reviewed and approved it. We may decline or remove any listing, demand or offer, and we do not have to give a reason beyond a short honest one.

6. What you upload stays yours

Photographs, videos and property details you upload remain yours. By uploading them you give Abdul's Venture permission to store them and to display them on the marketplace and in related marketing of that listing, for as long as the listing is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ownership documents and identity documents are different: they are held privately for verification, are never shown to other users, and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Other people's property

We respect other people's rights and expect the same. Satellite imagery is credited to its providers. If you believe anything on this site infringes your copyright or trade mark, write to us with the details and the page address and we will look into it promptly.

8. Liability

We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete. To the fullest extent the law allows, Abdul's Venture is not liable for loss arising from decisions made on the basis of published information, from dealings between buyers and sellers, or from any interruption to the site. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top always show what is currently in force, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts at Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
