Privacy Policy

Version 1.2 — in effect from 27 September 2026

This policy explains what Abdul's Venture collects, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short and specific, because a privacy policy nobody can read protects nobody.

1. What we collect

• When you contact us: your name, your WhatsApp or phone number, and whatever you choose to tell us about what you are looking for.
• When you create a marketplace account: your mobile number with its country code and your email address. Your account is created from these two, and its password is emailed to you. We also keep your name and CNIC number.
• When you list a property: the property details and the media you upload. A document is optional: you may add a photograph or scan of the allotment or allocation letter, and of your CNIC, but a listing does not need one. A listing with a document on file carries the "owner document on file" badge; that badge means we hold a document, not that the listing has been verified.
• When you post a demand or make an offer: what you are looking for, your budget or offer, your timeline, and the terms you accepted with it.
• Automatically: ordinary website and server records — pages requested, rough location by network, device and browser type — used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.

2. Why we collect it

To answer you; to keep any document you choose to give us with the listing it belongs to; to run the marketplace and its offers; to keep listings current through our regular WhatsApp confirmations; to carry a matured deal through transfer; and to meet the record-keeping expected of a registered estate agency in Pakistan, including customer due diligence before money moves.

3. Your documents are private

Ownership and identity documents are held in private encrypted storage, separate from public content. They are never shown to other users, never published, and never sold. A buyer sees only that an owner document is on file — never the letter, never your CNIC. Internally, access is limited to the people who handle documents and transfer.

4. What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not rent or trade your number. We do not pass your contact details to another buyer, seller or agent unless a deal has matured and both sides have agreed to the exchange, or the law requires it.

5. Who processes data with us

• WhatsApp / Meta — messages you exchange with our business number pass through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and are subject to their terms.
• Cloudflare — hosts this website and stores marketplace records and documents on our behalf.
• Google — analytics, advertising measurement and remarketing, and, where you use them, maps and video embeds.
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — advertising measurement and remarketing. Pages you open here are reported to Meta, from your browser on most pages and from our own server for the map, so that we can measure our ads and show them again to people who have already looked at a property with us.

Each acts on our instructions or under its own published terms; none of them receives your documents for their own purposes. What Google and Meta receive is page and event data — never your CNIC, your ownership documents, or the contents of your WhatsApp messages.

6. Cookies

What the site needs to function — a session for your marketplace login — plus analytics and advertising cookies from Google and Meta, which let us measure which ads bring people here and show our ads again to people who have visited. You can block cookies in your browser, or turn off personalised advertising at Google Ad Settings and in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences; the public pages will still work, but you will not be able to stay logged in.

7. How long we keep things

Enquiries: while the conversation is useful to you, and then a reasonable period afterwards. Listings and demands: while live, plus the period we are required to retain transaction records. Documents you upload: for the life of the listing and the retention period required of a registered estate agency; after that they are deleted. You may ask us to delete a listing at any time.

8. Your choices

Write to us and you may ask what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete your listing or account, or stop the automatic WhatsApp confirmations. Reply STOP to any of our WhatsApp messages and we will stop sending them.

9. Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Documents sit in private storage that is not reachable from the public web. Access to our systems is key-controlled. No system is perfect; if anything material happens to your data, we will tell you.

10. Children

This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes and contact
