How to delete your data — updated 29 August 2026

This page tells you exactly what Abdul's Venture holds about you, how to delete it yourself in under a minute, and what we are not allowed to delete. It applies to the DHA Lahore plot marketplace at abdulsventure.com/map and to any enquiry you have sent us.

Delete it yourself, now

1. Open the plot map.
2. Tap Account at the top right.
3. Sign in with WhatsApp if you are not already signed in — we need to know it is really you before we erase anything.
4. Scroll to Delete my account and data and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately. You are signed out, and the data listed below is gone from our systems at that moment — not queued for a batch job later.

If you cannot sign in

If you have lost access to the phone number you signed up with, send us a message from any number and tell us the number you used:

We will verify you are the owner of that number and delete the data within seven days. We will tell you when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your identity record — your name, CNIC number, phone number and email address. These are stored encrypted, and the encrypted record is destroyed.
• Your documents — any allotment letter, allocation letter or ownership document you uploaded, including the stored file itself.
• Your photos and videos of a property you listed.
• Your listings — every plot or house you put on the map.
• Your buyer demands — every block you asked us to watch.
• Your offers that have not been accepted.
• Your session — you are signed out everywhere.

What we keep, and why

Two things survive deletion, and it is fair that you know why before you start.

• A deal that was already agreed. If you and another person accepted an offer, that record belongs to both of you. Erasing your side would rewrite the other person's record of their own transaction. We remove your name, number and contact details from it and keep only the transaction itself.
• The audit trail. Which listings were approved or rejected, and when. It carries no personal detail about you once your record is deleted, and we are required to be able to show that a listing was reviewed before it went public.

What we never had

We do not sell your data, and we do not pass your phone number to any other buyer or seller. The other side of a deal sees what you chose to publish about the property — never your CNIC, never your documents, and never your number unless you send it to them yourself.

Facebook and Instagram

If you reached us through a Facebook or Instagram ad, the same steps above delete everything we hold. To remove the data Meta itself holds about your use of their apps, use the controls in your Facebook or Instagram account settings — that data sits with Meta, not with us.
