How Offers Work — Negotiate Directly With The Plot Owner

Ask five people what a block is worth and you get five numbers. That is the whole problem with buying a plot in DHA, and it is the one thing this fixes: the minimum, average and maximum actually being asked in that exact block, on the buyer’s screen and the seller’s screen at the same moment.

What happens, step by step

You offer.Tap the block minimum, the average, five per cent under, or type your own figure. Choose your payment timeline — cash, or up to six weeks.
The owner counters, or accepts.It is their turn, and only theirs. You cannot be outbid by somebody you never see.
You go back and forth.Every round is recorded with the figure and the terms, so neither side can rewrite what was said.
Both of you reconfirm every three days.An offer nobody stands behind drops off. That is why there are no ghost buyers and no stale numbers here.
Agreed.The terms are written into a signed record both of you can read. Ask us into the middle for NDC, transfer and registry, or keep us out of it.

You confirm the figure is genuine when you send it. That is what makes the demand list worth an owner’s attention.

1% on completion

1% from the buyer and 1% from the seller, payable only when the deal completes. Nothing to browse, nothing to list, nothing to offer.
