What a seller gives us

You may also attach the plot's allotment or allocation letter — not required, but a listing that carries one is marked owner document on file, and buyers trust it more. Held privately, used only to confirm the plot is yours, and never shown to a buyer. Your phone number is not shown to anyone either — buyers reach you through us.

Every listing is read by us before it appears on the map.

We ask every owner each week whether the plot is still for sale at the same demand, and every buyer every three days whether the offer still stands.
